Extended Absenteeism: Prior Arrangement Form
Students that will be away due to pre-arranged appointments must fill in a Prior Arrangement Form (Click Here) and get it signed by both parent and teachers. The form should be handed in to the office one day prior to the expected absence. To provide students with the best opportunities for success, family trips and extended absences should be planned outside of the school calendar. Teachers cannot be expected to provide work packages for extended absences for non-medical absences.
Students are expected to be on time for all classes. Students that are late will be dealt with by the classroom teacher, however repeated lates will result in administrative intervention, parent contact and/or community service work.
